Pros

Healthcare benefits and time off are decent

Cons

- backstabbing co-workers - people pretending to know what they are doing - new executive leadership team that has no clue how current employees feel - no clear direction from executive leadership team because they are overwhelmed -layoffs without a clear purpose or goal -executive leadership only wants to hear good things and not be challenged to make inprovements

Pros

I really can't think of 1 thing

Cons

Terrible management; no resources—money or people; expected to deliver time-critical reporting and run projects while dealing with nonstop system issues because of outdated systems with no technical staff. I was completely exhausted by the experience. None of the senior management were even interested in listening to my exit feedback, even after requests.
