Pros

Being a student, Scotiabank offers a great flexible schedule which allows me to work and study comfortably. Benefits and perks are also great.

Cons

Been working with the bank for 2 years and I’m also the teller who’s been here the longest at this branch, yet my salary is the lowest of everyone. Responsibilities are constantly being added to our role but the pay does not reflect this at all. I can’t sustain myself with a $17.05/h pay.
