Pros

-WLB is great (not considering commute time), -Great team and direct manager.

Cons

-RTO policy is terrible -Although pay was great before RTO as a remote job, the pay as a in person job in downtown Toronto is subpar. -Very small pay increases, even with promotions and top performer ratings. -Many budget cuts causing everything to go downhill (benefits cut, sick day cut, cutting valuable software licenses, etc)
