Pros

Opportunity to grow and learn

Cons

Alot of politicing, they value the long term employees better than more educated and better employees. They have favouritism. They make you work like a dog, and management stresses you out way too much. When I started, the environment was fun, and I loved going into work, but they started adding more workload as we progressed.

Taking hours to back to office without any assistance provided, given that both sides are spending more time and money.
