Pros

- Team based approach and really helpful management, people will go out of their way. - Change in organization has caused more accountability for employees - it was impossible to fire those who didn't do their jobs prior to the new CEO. - Competitive pay, OK benefits.

Cons

- Since new CEO, alot of rapid change that has damaged BNS' character to employees. - Rapid and large turnover, expect people to move around quickly. - Bureaucratic problem solving - things take forever to get done.
