Pros

Lots of opportunity if management like you and you can do personal things during work hours. Otherwise you are stuck!

Cons

Most people have no strong technical knowledge. Rely on copying others work to get by. Favoritism is evident in job allocation. Ones that don't get debit/credit are assigned important jobs. As a result an army is required to do a simple task that can be done by 1-2 people!

Pros

Hard to think of any other than a steady pay check

Cons

Impossible sales goals and targets, extreme micro management. Sales targets are only thing that matters, customers are numbers , staff ideas and input are heavily frowned upon. Only way to make targets is to oversell to clients and work long unpaid hours Stressful and negative workplace. Knowledgable employees are leaving in droves, staff left are untrained and completely unable to do the job. Hard to see customers being treated this way
