Pros

Since you are constantly shifted from one position to another you learn from several areas within the financial institution.

Cons

Some of the department heads made decisions without considering their staff. Pay not commensurate to workload and responsibilities.

Pros

Good place to work if you have a high school degree. Any one who studied in an University should not even it a try.

Cons

The job itself is very boring. You will be under continuous pressure from top management to sell more. Its like school, they track your daily activities, breaks, how many calls, how many meeting, daily sales etc. I felt like the main objective was to bring more sales.

Pros

Benefits like employee shares plan, discount programs, health and dental coverage and you may bank your OT for future time off.

Cons

Management micromanages, there is a culture of pointing fingers and technology is outdated. The technology is promised to be replaced with the next two years
