Great work life balance Managers support further education Defined benefit pension plan Departments I have worked in have all been very friendly

Cons

Salary is below market level Very hard to move around internally. Lots of procedures and requires approval from manager before you can accept a new job Communication coming from Senior Managers and above is very inconsistent
