Pros

You can learn a lot of new business knowledge, various business products, computer software. Have some fantastic business events and activities to join. Free coffee and tea.

Cons

tight and strict regulation and rules. management team is not very nice. work environment is not good. Workplace is very open, no privacy at all. No freedom, cannot have your opinion. If you want to be a good worker, then just follow your manager's expectation.
