Pros

You got oppurtunity to get a whole understanding of risk managment, risk reporting and valuation/P&L attribution, which may not be the responsibility of risk at other banks. Also, they encourage job shadowing and opportunity to move internally within the same group.

Cons

crappy system, crappy data, little training budget and little opportunity to move up.

- Pros about this company are: compensation, benefits, work-life-balance, versatility to move around in other divisions/departments, location and transportation to head office

Cons

Cons about this company are : senior management, many levels of approval required, minimal autonomy to make decisions and mid-management level, turn-around time for decisions are very extensive
