Pros

Strong company values; and excellent team work. The company is invested in leadership development plans. Good exposure to strategic projects. Work life balance is achievable in most positions. New CEO is making tuff but needed changes to make the bank more competitive.

Cons

Changes being made affect positions and departments and many times not considering the performance of the individuals (for Director and below positions). Salaries are not up to market. Most Sr. Managers don't have opportunity to have staff under making promotion to following step quite hard. Leadership development plan is available at your own time. It is very hard to move positions outside your immediate department / division

Pros

Stable job with a renowned employer, timings allow work life balance

Cons

no promotions, insignificant pay raise keeps motivation low. Benefits are so so, below average, but that's expected inthis industry.
