Pros

Collaborative work environment, people genuinely care about you, great international foot print and opportunities abroad. Compensation is pretty standard. flexibilty for start and end date around school.

Cons

Did not receive formal training, lots of favourites, lots of politics, people who have been there longer get promoted over people who are qualified and deserve it. management is afraid of drama.

Pros

Great people in branches that really try to help each other out. Decent pension

Cons

Benefits are getting worse, the only wages increasing are starting wages...current wages aren't moving. Becoming very stressful...upper management are too numbers focused instead of customer service focused. They don't believe in the saying customer service first, the numbers will follow. Looking for other opportunities now.
