Pros

Working at a bank gives a lot of flexibility since you can basically work at any other banks. Scotia's pay is decent dependent on position but they need to be more competitive in salary and benefits to compete with the other top banks. There are always opportunities to jump around.

Cons

Staying within team will have slow growth development, so it's not exactly rewarding for staying within Scotia. Positions to move up is dependent whether your upper positions move.
