Pros

Lots of areas to advance your career due to size of company.

Cons

No work life balance. If you are good at your job, work has a way of finding you especially as you advance. Company doesn't invest in technology so they throw human capital at problems. Issue is that the company doesn't usually pay top range salaries so they get B or C types into the roles. Poor HR dept. Lots of lip service but very little action. Senior management not very open to change.
