Pros

Vacation time is decent. They should re-consider adding vacation time for staff who have worked for the bank between 10-20 years.

Cons

There is very little emphasis on career development. Performance appraisals are not properly conducted. Management engagement with staff is limited yet operational demands have increased significantly.

Pros

Employees are all really nice, I love working with the staff, the customers are 99 percent friendly and love talking. Training is easy, you just have to get used to everything, policies and company values are great, it's a good mix between being professional and friendly.

Cons

No Cons to name, I really like working for this bank.

Pros

Employee Share Option Plan. Good vacation time, sick time and personal obligation days. Treated with respect and opportunity for advancement and to further your education. Lots of opportunity to advance if you are mobile.

Cons

Wages are not as competitive as competition.
