Steady Jobs in general; Reward Royalty Working pace tends to be slow, for good or bad People are very friendly, typical Canadian work place

Cons

Strong ranking culture even in front office trading department, so doesn't matter how well you work but how many years you served Internal politics is really something that is bothering Technology lagging competitors compensation relatively low compared with peers
