Lacking competences - international banking

Pros

Good to work for if you are the type of workers who are lay back

Cons

Promote people who are talkative but not necessarily can do good work. Too many people lacking the competences but at high level. Too many VPs and directors!! Can you imagine one director reporting to another and one VP reporting to another VP! What the bank need is more people with technical competences at the lower lever doing the job!! There's lots of internal posting but all if not all are created for friends or relatives or family members!!
