Pros

Good work life balance, managers all seem to be understanding and not micromanaging, looking over your shoulder types. Lots of opportunities to develop.

Cons

However the pressure from the higher ups does force management to scrutinize your performance, say there's 10 goals you have and you're blowing 8 of them out of the water, but slightly behind in the other 2...all they will focus on is the 2 that aren't at goal.

Pros

Great people to work with and great customers, great staff discounts, great learning experience for many things , and a family like environment

Cons

No job opportunities, high turnover , mangers have favourites, on the lower side for paying with the big 5 banks, no more mid office and because this everyone is over worked. They expected everyone to go 150% with no reward.
