Pros

Culture and co-workers are awesome, managers are great. Very supportive in helping you achieve your career goals. Also I like their community involvement.

Cons

Pay leaves a lot to be desired. But that is the business world and if I ran my own business, I would consider this strategy myself. No sense in complaining just find a better paying job. Can also be a tad frustrating to apply through HR but I assume this is an issue at every company. Just have to go out and meet the decision makers yourself.

Pros

Great place for advancement if you are focused on becoming a branch manager.

Cons

Robotic environment that is severely over micromanaged and at the mercy of eastern Canada. Regular issues with approving credit when dealing with eastern adjudicators as they do not understand the western economic boom. Work life balance for level 5 and above officers is non-existent. Level 7 officers and above are expected to work overtime daily without pay as stated in their HR Policies Handbook. Great place to get a start but jump ship once on your resume. Great for recent grads.
