Pros

There are mentors willing to help & guide you, if you choose to seek them out on your own.

Cons

Needs more focus on career development overall, not only bottom-line goals & immediate appreciation. Team building activities would helpful for positive team cohesion.

Pros

Client focused working environment, with good support from management.

Cons

Micro-managing at times. Bank is going through massive cultural shift and the growing pains are almost unbearable. Under paid compared to peers, which no longer is compensated by job security.
