Pros

Good working culture, life balance and friendly working environment. Comfortable to work, good hours, nice people and good to 'get by' on average effort and intellect. Hence depending on which part of the 'career cycle' you are in, you can enjoy a great job while tending to a newborn or young children.

Cons

average to below market pay, less competitive than TD or RBC, which is a pro/con depending on your perspective. As mentioned above as a PRO, this can also be a con if you are a new graduate or mid career and looking for more challenge.
