Pros

The people are amazing! The Scotiabrand logo is recognized everywhere!

Cons

The salary is below market value or on the very low end. Technology is very far behind their competition. It is hard illicitng change here. Sr mgmt / directors stuck in their old fashioned ways. Their flex work arrangements are not consistent across the board. Some departments welcome work from home and others dont like it.
