Pros

Work-life balance, easily accessible location (GO Train to Union Station if you're at the corporate office downtown), decent pay, they hire within and there are long-term opportunities here due to the bank being so big and international

Cons

Lack of advancement or learning, benefits could be better they switched to a different company providing less benefits than before, resistance to change in departments in how to do things and increasing efficiency
