Pros

good experience in the banking industry + experience across a wide range of products and investment vehicles....not a bad place to start

Cons

low pay, slow to move up... all they care about is pushing sales... the position is far from 'financial advisor' when everything is solved by a credit card

Pros

Big Brand Name, reasonable benefits

Cons

A number senior level Managers, Directors, and VPs are highly incompetent, they operate without adequate accountability and hide behind sustained chaos. As a result the poor performing staff continue to flourish and get promoted. Actions and Words of Senior Management hardly match. One of the worst places one could work for unless you enjoy looking busy, fire fighting to be the theme of the day - day after day and you don't mind 'boot licking' to get ahead.

Pros

Contractors are treated well. The work place is friendly

Cons

There is 2 year limit on being a contractor, and the agreements need to be renewed every 6 months
