Pros

If you learn to ask "How high?", when management says jump, your job should remain secure.

Cons

Strong emphasis on hierarchy. Highly political and bureaucratic environment. Management isn't held accountable and job satisfaction for non management is irrelevant. The hiring process is prejudice and favours women. Career advancement opportunities for males who don't already hold senior positions is limited. There isn't an effective process for conflict resolution in place. Favouritism, Cronyism, Nepotism and sexism towards men is highly rampant under Human Resources.

Pros

A stepping stone to other jobs in the bank

Cons

Different branches give your very different experience, if you end up in a bad branch, it would be pretty ugly.

Pros

Good work life balance. Nice place to work. Friendly people. Nice office space to work. Lots of other benefits. That's all I can think of.

Cons

Hard to get ahead. Worked there long time in same position. More training and development of employees needed. That is only negative.
