Pros

They will pay you what is agreed upon when you are hired. You also can basically not be fired unless you really try to get fired.

Cons

They will never, ever go above the bare minimum that they have to do for you but expect that you will go far beyond the call of duty for your bosses and clients

Pros

Great Products and Great Brandcare. Senior Management in Toronto seem to care alot.

Cons

Cutting Budget = Less position available. Typical office politics. If Big Boss likes you, regardless of your performance, you'll move up before those who are more capable. Works you like a dog and treats you like crap UNTIL you are given the survey to grade your supervisor. Teller with 15 years of experience thinks he/she owns the bank.
