Pros

Scotia is very pro hiring on recent grads. They have great mentoring programs and will help you develop from the day you start.

Cons

it takes a long time to move up through the ranks no matter what your level of education. If you are willing to wait years to advance than this is the place to be.

Pros

The people are amazing, the company provides a good work life balance, they offer great flexible benefits, a fair salary and flexible work shifts.

Cons

There is a lot of workplace politics. The financial objectives are usually set very high and the pressure to meal the targets are high.
