Nice people. Things move slowly, but lots to keep you busy if you so desire.

Pros

Work-life balance is fantastic. Nice view from the upper floors of Scotia Plaza. People are super-nice, but things tend to move slowly.

Cons

Not as fast-paced as I'd normally like. It's obvious the Bank doesn't spend a lot on floors that aren't client-facing. Not everyone is motivated - i.e. there for a paycheck.

Pros

Customer focused bank with a global presence, & highly qualified, diverse, knowledgeable and professional staff. Many opportunities to work abroad, advance education. Strong corporate culture and values.

Cons

Long hours and overtime required during peak periods may make maintaining a work-life balance challenging. Compensation and benefits are competitive but not outstanding.
