Great company with strong leadership.

Pros

Extremely low turnover in all departments because of the very high level of employee satisfaction. Great leadership and a "real" open door policy making it easy to approach management with your ideas/issues.

Cons

Not a lot of room for upward movement within Roynat Lease Finance. To further your career you'd have to extend your job search to all of Scotiabank. Culture is more "big bank" since Scotia acquired Roynat.
