Pros

Stability along with good work/life balance

Cons

Policies in place require to stay at a same post for "x" amount of time. Not easy to move up.

Pros

Mortgage department MSA has a good environment due to the team (colleagues). They help you forget about the stress at work.

Cons

Overworked and underappreciated! Very close minded managers and they have no mercy blaming senior managers for their actions. Performance reviews are brutal and at times things can get ugly with managers and HR. MASTERS at MICRO MANAGEMENT!!!

Pros

Good work life balance. Great clients to work with. Excellent peers and internal staff to work with. Really just enjoyable day in and day out.

Cons

Downsizing in the US. Company has no interest in the US and is fading away fast. Last two years have been spent worrying about when the company is pulling out of the US.
