Pros

Great multicultural environment with a family feel to the work atmosphere. Getting things done can be an issue in international due to constant re-orgs and changes.

Cons

Salary Market References are low for the level of responsibility and expectations in IB. Long hours can be expected, including weekends and holidays.

Pros

Employees are all really nice, I love working with the staff, the customers are 99 percent friendly and love talking. Training is easy, you just have to get used to everything, policies and company values are great, it's a good mix between being professional and friendly.

Cons

No Cons to name, I really like working for this bank.
