Pros

Not as likely to hire and fire as some of the other major Canadian banks.

Cons

Attempted to cheat its employees out of a decent health benefits coverage by giving misleading information about the new coverage package. Pays the least of the major Canadian banks.

Pros

Very well-managed stable company and environment for anyone looking for a steady corporate career. Lots of oppurtunities for growth and improvement. Lots of oppurtunities to move up the corporate ladder or even to a new ladder. I worked in technology area and found the business very nice to work with.

Cons

Inter-team politics. Unproductive meetings. Variable quality amongst co-workers can be very frustrating. Technology and equipment will be dated don't expect much here if you're looking for cutting edge. Big company so don't expect things to move quickly.
