Pros

Scotia is Canada's most international bank - It has been an amazing opportunity to learn different aspects of banking and finance. Management encourages movement and growth.

Cons

Not the highest paying bank - but they are very good to you in other ways, the opportunity to grow and move, they paid for certifications and in house Spanish lessons.

Pros

Great coworkers and perks are good too. The job isn't that difficult once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Office politics is rampant. Negativity is contagious and consequetive days of no sales can get you down. Horrible hours - 3 pm to 11pm
