Pros

Good products if they are willing to them give the chance to clients to get. Right now expanding which will give more visibility and increase sales

Cons

not client oriented, will benefit in hiring a business analyst for their branch system. too much paper work oriented. Amazing how the company is behind in technology.

Pros

Looks very good on a resume. Many resources available to assist with job performance.

Cons

There is a lot of blatant nepotism when it comes to advancement. Often times who you know counts for more than what you know and what you do. A lot of good talent is overlooked. A significant portion of the posted jobs are already filled prior to the commencement of the interview process. Very disheartening.
