Pros

Depending on what kind of staff you have, it can be a great experience. More casual than other financial institutions.

Cons

Although emphasis on customer service, only sales get rewarded. Do not like the pushy sales tactics they uphold. Try to hide sales under the veil of helping customers, but really only goal is to generate sales that customers do not necessarily need.

Pros

equal employment for all types of people. hours are usually very flexible. easy linear movement within the company. events are usually fun

Cons

pay is lowest in industry. very little opportunity to grow at higher level without networking. most managers are terrible leaders and have no clue how to manage a team.
