Pros

- Flexible working hours (especially within my dept) - People are mostly friendly - Bank fees are waived for employees (but you have to open an account) - Secure job

Cons

- Outdated IT environment - No opportunities to grow - Favouritism for promotion - Won't be fired even if the performance is poor
