Pros

Open doors policy, people is very approachable, able to express some ideas, very good work-life balance. So far (for me), the best to work.

Cons

Management is always looking for the next star, but most of the time, they look on the wrong place, and people who deserve to be moved to the next level, has to wait too long for it.
