Pros

Flexible, Promotes work and life balance, Allows room for self development, Great benefits (discounted tickets, etc), Great pay, and overall great staff and environment

Cons

Fixed hours so if you're in dire need of more hours, you won't be able to get any. Other than that, there are no downsides to working at Scotia.

Pros

Good environment to work in.

Cons

The pay is quiet low and they don't want to hire you full time so as to avoid cost. 90% of workers at branch were second income earners, which says it all.
