      Pros

      A handful of people are genuinely smart and professional. Location.

      Cons

      No synergy, horrible attitudes, condescending employees. Sales people pretend to be dumb to get out of work, management applauds it. The place is run by paper managers who were friends in college and decided to hook each other up with a job. They do nothing. They communicate very little downwards. The place is a house of cards.

      Pros

      Great benefits and pension package, competitive salaries. Leading financial planning software, constant focus on upgrading systems. Plenty of different branches and career paths to choose from.

      Cons

      High level of stress on a day to day basis depending on your immediate team. Not enough hours in a day to action all the activities we are given to complete. Too much focus on "meeting your goals" regardless of your sales volume or customer satisfaction. Unrealistic expectation to meet 125% of all goals as a base expectation.

      NO benefit to work in this useless organization.

      Cons

      Highly greedy managers in the branches. Who take credit for the work done by the lower leverl employees. You have to work for 11 to 12 hours without any benefit. Lots of discrimation and torture and harrassament by the branch managers. Totally impersonal environment no values.
