Pros

The managers are fair and my co-workers are great. They try their best to have budgets for staff parties and other 'fun' events to try and keep everyone happy and engaged.

Cons

The company did not offer much growth opportunities and the pay scale is not that great. The other big banks offer better compensation and better benefits as well.
