Pros

Lots of mentorship and training for new hires, growth opportunities available. Work life balance is ok

Cons

Leadership is hypocritical and doesn't solve problems.

Pros

Nothing to mention as a big concern, Standard benefits. As it is a large organisation, you can move between teams and gain cross-domain expertise.

Cons

Not great in terms of salary and perks. Bureaucratic. No 360 feedback. No one asks for feedback on the immediate manager. There is an annual employee survey, but that seems more customary. No career growth plan. Hard to get an internal promotion, despite having strong team members who are ready for the next level.
