Pros

Work on your own. Commissioned income. Mobile. Access to bank's unassigned list (which is pretty much just phone numbers and that's all).

Cons

Branch Advisors will take your clients/leads and you get no referrals from the branch at all. Regional VP's act nice but are super vicious and their goal is to get rid of you by year 2 so they can consolidate your book of business if you can't meet their targets as FP turnover is high. They will have their lawyers ready for you when you leave them to stop you from taking any of your clients as well. Lastly they will also try to get you disbarred from the industry with their letter of termination (which no other FI does).
