Pros

Scotiabank was at one time what they say they are..employer of choice etc.

Cons

CEO doesn't care about employees..it is all about appeasing the shareholders now..and being as profitable as possible. centralizing many jobs in Toronto and out sourcing Canadian jobs to Colombia and Mexico. Poor management and "Yes" men.
