Pros

Great people, good benefits plan. Great location.

Cons

Promotion is based on personal relationships and not based on talent, qualifications nor skills or experience. Not Strategic planning in terms of human resources, they waste a lot of talent. Not training programs for employees Too much politics and bureaucracy around, work and information is based on which VP gets along with another not based on results nor deliverables needed. Bad communication among departments and divisions.

Pros

Big Brand Name, reasonable benefits

Cons

A number senior level Managers, Directors, and VPs are highly incompetent, they operate without adequate accountability and hide behind sustained chaos. As a result the poor performing staff continue to flourish and get promoted. Actions and Words of Senior Management hardly match. One of the worst places one could work for unless you enjoy looking busy, fire fighting to be the theme of the day - day after day and you don't mind 'boot licking' to get ahead.
