Pros

You'll be paid well, work/life balance isn't so bad.

Cons

However, your leaders will take forever to make the most minute changes, even if doing so would be simple and free.

Horrible place to work

Pros

No pros of working here

Cons

No job security at all! Layoffs almost every year, as they’re consistently outsourcing their operations to LATAM. No matter how much hard work you put in, you’re always replaceable. HR is totally non supportive of any requests. Additionally, significant pay disparities based on gender and immigrant status
