Pros

Absolutely none. Please refer to the Cons

Cons

All is negative. Senior management doesn't have any management skills, salary is one third of my current compensation. Placement is wrong acceptance is totally wrong. It's a joke in my life. Goodbye permanently.

Pros

Good environment and welcoming. Most people that work here have a good attitude towards others. A lot of diversity when it comes to job offerings because of it being an international company.

Cons

Hard work is not rewarded or appreciated, lower level management is bad 80% of the time. Corporate mindset that is strict and rigid.

Pros

If you work near your branch, it can be a reasonable commute.

Cons

Training program is horrible. Pay is very poor, benefits expensive. Management always demanding more sales even if you reach your targets. Never satisfied. Recently changed pension so that if I don't leave by 2018, I can't take it as a lump sum. Don't think I will be there that long.
