Pros

Not much to talk about

Cons

Terrible reputation in the street as a place of employment. Most people in the bank are looking to get out. Worst compensation package in the Canadian banking sector which is officially confirmed. No respect for employees and their contributions. All about making connections to avoid being the next in line to be axed.

Pros

Initially a challenging and engaging work environment. Lots to learn at the get-go.

Cons

Slow moving organization. Need to know people to get places. Doesn't feel like anything is based on Merit. Incredibly high turnover. Makes everything more difficult.

Pros

Helpful coworkers Good working hours Wirk life balance

Cons

Poor management. No help and management have no skills. Be prepared to learn on your own. Not allowed to ask your coworkers for help. Managers know nothing about policies and procedure. You have to look up everything on your own. Will make you stressed in first couple weeks.
