It's a good start-up job

Pros

Good benefits especially if young (ESOP with a 50% match) Can move up and can become permanent very quickly Lots of events especially if working back office

Cons

Lots of work, pay doesn't justify the workload + not under a union Hours are long, the work load is too much, the environment would differ on where you work, but generally everybody is stressed and work long hours
