Pros

KYC, CDD, wire transfer, sanctions screening, check processing, ACH, ETF, CIDC, Source of Funds (SoF), and customer onboarding related experience. Big 5 bank experience. Name recognition goes a long way. There are opportunities for upward mobility and career growth.

Cons

Not many to be honest. Pay could be better and they should hire more CEAs.
