Pros

Managers have your interest in mind and are supportive for your growth and learning. I can depend on my team members and other team members for any questions I have and to get an idea of their work.

Cons

The job can be unnecessarily tedious and difficult because the systems don't speak to each other and require manual consolidation. Job responsibilities are also all over the place, often you'll be doing the work of another team because they don't know how to do it, and you'll get the blame if the deal goes south regardless if it was your fault. Compensation is pretty mediocre, you might get lured in with a good base salary vs other banks but the salary adjustments are laughable if not borderline insulting.
